Ibisbill
with a chick that we saw at Great Almaty Lake in Kazachstan nearly a
month ago! What a beautiful sight, although they were rather far away and the chick was nearly invisible, but I found it and it was so cute! Have you guys ever saw wader chicks? They're the cutest creatures ever :)

haven't tried watercolors in a long while and they gave me a bit of
trouble so I smoothed out a couple of parts and sharpened some edges
digitally. I guess it is mor mixed media now :)
