Today we introduce a young Czech artist Martina Nacházelová, who painted 18 species for EBBA2.
I have loved drawing and nature ever since I can remember. Since I had gotten my hands on an old binocular as a teenager, I used to spend much time outdoors watching birds with my dad. My two passions were easy to combine and I plunged into drawing all the more when I received my first digital tablet. That was around the time I started studying biology at the Charles University in Prague, focusing my field research on mating behaviour of Northern Lapwings.
Currently I work as a fulltime artist for an American company and my
free time is divided between working on personal art projects as a hobby
and a means of honing my skills, and doing sports, especially karate.
I am excited to support a huge project as EBBA2 and I am happy that my pictures will be printed alongside those of the more experienced artists, whose work I admire.
